Copyright and Licensing

Fundamental Scientific Reports in Multidisciplinary Areas (FSRMA) is committed to protecting authors’ intellectual property rights while supporting the widest possible dissemination and lawful reuse of scholarly research.

Copyright Ownership

Authors retain the copyright and full publishing rights to their articles without restrictions. Authors are not required to transfer copyright or assign exclusive commercial or publishing rights to FSRMA or its publisher.

Upon publication, authors grant Fundamental Scientific Reports in Multidisciplinary Areas (FSRMA) the right of first publication together with a non-exclusive licence to publish, reproduce, distribute, archive, preserve, and make the article publicly available in electronic, print, and other scholarly formats.

Because the rights granted to FSRMA are non-exclusive, authors remain free to reuse, distribute, deposit, reproduce, and republish their work in accordance with the applicable Creative Commons licence.

Creative Commons Licence

Unless otherwise clearly indicated, all scholarly articles published by FSRMA are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).

Under the CC BY 4.0 licence, users may:

  • Share, copy, and redistribute the published material in any medium or format.

  • Adapt, remix, transform, and build upon the material.

  • Use the material for academic, educational, research, professional, and commercial purposes.

These uses are permitted provided that users:

  • Give appropriate credit to the original author(s).

  • Provide a link to the CC BY 4.0 licence.

  • Indicate whether any changes were made.

  • Do not imply endorsement by the author(s) or FSRMA.

FSRMA does not impose additional legal or technological restrictions that would prevent users from exercising the rights granted under the CC BY 4.0 licence.

Author Rights

Authors retain the unrestricted right to:

  • Reuse their articles in future scholarly or professional publications.

  • Include their published work in books, theses, dissertations, lectures, teaching materials, and conference presentations.

  • Deposit the accepted manuscript or published version in institutional, disciplinary, or other scholarly repositories.

  • Share their articles through personal websites, institutional webpages, and scholarly networking platforms.

  • Distribute copies of their work for teaching, research, and other lawful purposes.

  • Build upon or adapt their own published work, subject to appropriate citation and acknowledgement of the original publication.

Third-Party Material

Any third-party material included in an article that is not covered by the article's CC BY 4.0 licence must be clearly identified. Authors are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions and for providing appropriate copyright, licence, and attribution information.

Copyright Notice

The copyright of individual articles remains with the author(s). The copyright applicable to individual scholarly articles is separate from any copyright that may apply to the journal website, logo, layout, or other publisher-owned material.

A recommended copyright statement for each published article is:

© [Year] The Author(s). This article is licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).
